• When you register on the application, information is collected from you and stored securely on a server operated and managed by the DEPwD IT Team (Server). The following information may be entered manually (Registration Information) (i) name of the applicant; (ii) phone number; (iii) date of birth; (iv) gender (v) email ID
• The geolocation may also be captured by granting access to application, for geotagging of picture.
• No personal information other than those mentioned above will be collected from you by the Application.

USE OF INFORMATION

• The personal information collected from you as mentioned above, will be used to create a profile for you. The application allows the applicant to register complaint related to accessibility. For this purpose, information about applicant name, mobile number, name of the state, district and address will be displayed on the application.
• The geolocation will be used for geotagging of the pictures.
• The information collected mentioned above will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned in this information.

RETENTION

All personal information collected from you mentioned above will be retained with the department.

DATA SECURITY

the application is equipped with standard security features to protect the confidentiality and security of your information. data is encrypted in transit as well as at rest. personal information provided at the time of registration is encrypted before being uploaded to the cloud where it is stored in a secure encrypted server. personal information that is stored in the application of other registered users that you come in contact with is securely encrypted and are incapable of being accessed by such user.

No personal information collected by the application will be disclosed or transferred to any third party.
